Willow Sock: Red Oak

Red Oak is a nod to one of the iconic foliage trees of New England, with its deep reds and burgundy, blazing orange, soft golds and greens, and muted blue. It's dyed on Willow superwash fingering yarn, a blend of 80% Blue-Faced Leicester and 20% nylon. This yarn is soft and fluffy, with that lovely BFL luster and resistance to pilling, and extra durability thanks to the nylon content. It's perfect for shawls, scarves, cowls, sweaters, and gloves, as well as socks.

Each skein is 4 oz and 420 yards. Suggested needle size: U.S. 0-2. While this yarn can be machine washed and dried, hand washing in cold water is recommended to extend the life of your handmade items.
