Merino Bamboo Silk spinning fiber: Captain Tightpants, 4 oz

Another Firefly colorway--this one is named for Captain Malcolm Reynolds, with its burnt orange and chocolate drawn from my Browncoat colorway, offset by corals, charcoal, and a hint of blue. It's handpainted on a delightful blend of 50% merino, 25% bamboo rayon, and 25% silk. Ridiculously soft and shiny, this combination has a bit of a heathered look when spun up since the bamboo remains naturally colored through the dyeing process.
