Cascara Silk: Spring Fever

Spring Fever was born on a grey winter day, when I was desperate for sunshine, flowering trees, and, if not actual warmth, then the promise of warmth that comes with a spring breeze. It's handpainted on Cascara Silk, a luxurious blend of 75% superwash merino, 15% cashmere, and 10% silk--as extravagantly soft as it sounds, with a beautiful luster and drape. 

Each skein weighs 4 oz and measures approximately 400 yards, enough for a shawlette, a cowl, a pair of fingerless gloves. Hand wash in cold water, lay flat to dry.
