Mixed Blue-Faced Leicester and silk combed top: green, grey, turquoise, 4 oz

This is a swirl of spruce and chartreuse greens, soft grey, and turquoise. It's dyed on 4 oz of 85% mixed Blue-Faced Leicester and 15% tussah silk. The "mixed" means that it's a lightly blended combination of naturally dark and ecru BFL, creating additional visual depth and color variation when spun up. Beginning and experienced spinners alike love BFL for its ease of spinning and its durability and versatility as a yarn. Staple length is about 4.25".

Hand wash in cold water, lay flat to dry.
