Willow Sock: Seek No Further
Seek No Further is part of my apple colorway series, named for an heirloom variety discovered in my native Massachusetts in the 1700s. It's a combination of rich raspberry and purple against a background of chartreuse, beige, dusty green, and warm brown, handpainted on Willow superwash fingering yarn. This blend of 80% Blue-Faced Leicester and 20% nylon is soft and fluffy, with that lovely BFL luster and resistance to pilling, and extra durability thanks to the nylon content. It's perfect for shawls, scarves, cowls, sweaters, and gloves, as well as socks.
Each skein is 4 oz and 420 yards. Suggested needle size: U.S. 0-2. While this yarn can be machine washed and dried, hand washing in cold water is recommended to extend the life of your handmade items.
