Organic Polwarth combed top: Little Mermaid

Little Mermaid is a bright, cheery combination of navy and periwinkle blues, sea star purple, seafoam green, deep raspberry, and vivid orange. 

It's handpainted on organic Polwarth combed top. This organic top is sourced from Polwarth sheep on two family farms in the Falkland Islands, which are not mulesed or dipped in pesticides, and are grazed on sustainably managed pastures. This top is amazingly soft, coming in at a mere 22 microns (the smaller the micron number, the thinner the fiber and the softer it is). With a staple length of 4"-6" and that wonderful trademark Polwarth poofiness, this fiber is a pleasure to spin and knit.

Each braid is 4 oz. Hand wash in cold water, lay flat to dry.
