Each hand-dyed skein is unique, even when they are dyed in lots. Please note that some variation in colors is normal and part of the beauty of hand-dyed yarns and fibers. I do my best to ensure that colors are accurate on my computer monitor, but my monitor may be calibrated differently than yours.
Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return an in-stock item that you purchased, please contact me within seven days of receipt for a refund, exchange, or store credit, minus the original shipping charge and a 5% restocking charge. Yarn must be in its original condition, and cannot be wound or washed. Custom orders, yarn club orders, seconds, and sale items cannot be returned.
Items purchased in-person at a show may not be exchanged or returned after the end of the show.
I regret that I cannot reimburse original or return shipping costs except for items that have a defect.
